City & Guilds Advance Diploma in Training, Teaching and Assessment

This dynamic blended learning programme is designed for Trainers who have previously completed a Train the Trainer program or have been trained informally in the workplace. Candidates will develop and update their skills and gain an internationally recognized qualification that is well recognized and credible.

This program is aimed at those who currently deliver training or coaching in the workplace and want to enhance skills in coaching in training, and assessing in their current environment.  Key development on this programme is covered over 05 units. The program is designed as a blended programme starting with 5 days classroom training(40 hrs) followed by  project work – holistic report (65 hours) in the delegates own workplace. This project work is highly supported by staff from our centre through coaching, feedback and observed sessions in the workplace. A final written assessment will be undertaken set down by City and Guilds. All delegates are supported for examination preparation through a three hour exam preparation workshop.

The program can take up to several months to complete based on work/personal commitments of the individual delegate.
